I'm a new customer at the CVS Pharmacy and so far I have had incredible service from various members in the Pharmacy. They always call me back quickly if I have a question. They have helped me get my prescriptions delivered both by mail and directly to my home. The drive thru Pharmacy pickup also works well. Members are quick and very friendly. My experience has been a smooth transition from my previous Pharmacy, it seems like I've been at CVS all along. They are wonderful and very patient even when it gets super busy. They always remain professional and friendly. I really enjoy going there.
Chaotic since they acquired Rite Aid's customers' prescriptions. Clerks on front register tend to be rude. They rather you self check out. Store manager Jill couldn't care less. I won't be doing business here anymore.
Been going here for many years, and I've never had a bad experience. Staff is always professional and friendly
I was told by the RN administering the shingles vaccine at CVS that there is only one dose for the shingles vaccine. I believe there are supposed to be 2 doses a few months apart.
Never a problem getting my prescription. Great staff.
