CVS Pharmacy

I've got to say that when I walk up to the pharmacy area to either drop off or pick up a prescription, it's always a pleasure to deal with Dalal Kablan, RPh. She's knowledgeable & patient, always with a smile. It's sad that great customer service & care is more of an anomaly than the norm these days. That is why I felt the need to express my gratitude for Dalal Kablan!

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever delt with. One cannot even talk to an actual person, you have to leave a message and maybe they will call you back within an hour. One person working at a time, the pharmacist, so long waits for everything. These problems are just the tip of the iceberg, I don't have enough space to list all the issues I've had. Transfered all my prescriptions elsewhere and have had no problems at all. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place.

The basics were covered, meaning I got what I needed. However, the staff seemed very busy and/or disinterested in the customers. There was almost no conversation and they seemed visibly annoyed that I didn't know they were ready for payment even though they never told me what I owed. Additionally they never asked if I had questions about my script.

Pharmacists are very helpful and responsive.

Indefinite wait for scheduled flu vaccine appointment, short staffed.
