CVS Pharmacy

This is a well-run location that earns a 4-star rating. The store is generally clean, well-stocked, and the staff is helpful when you need assistance finding specific items. It’s a dependable spot for both prescriptions and everyday essentials.

CVS pharmacy the staff is friendly and courteous. The pharmacy staff is especially attentive. The pharmacy staff is also always busy. When in line at the pharmacy at tends to move fast. The pharmacists that are on duty are always willing and able to answer almost all of your questions if not all. And if they don't know the answer they know who to turn to to find the answer for you. The storefront is always clean. Even though the parking lot is very large it is also almost always very crowded. Parking lot is also for the most part clean. It is handicap accessible.

This CVS location has been overwhelmed by increased traffic due to the sudden closures of other nearby pharmacies. In my opinion, they have not responded well. If you go to pick up at the drive through, be prepared to wait 20-30 minutes. And it’s not much better in store. It seems to be worse during late afternoon - early evening when people are coming from work.

My doctor electronically prescribed prescription for me on the 28th of October I went to pick it up on the 29th was told it was not there again on the 30th was told it was not there and on November 2nd was told it was not there. I spoke with a pharmacist via phone he said my doctor probably sent it to an incorrect pharmacy. I had an electronic transcription verification also my doctor called it in verbally. When I told the pharmacist that this was his screw up he seemed a little pissed off and told me that I should check with my doctor. I looked up my EOBs on my website of my insurance so it was issued on the 28th and it was approved for payment at the CVS pharmacy at 1305 Rhawn Street. Got a call back from the pharmacist within 10 minutes saying he called my insurance company and straigh

Several CVS pharmacies in the area have closed, and customers are now directed to this location. On top of that, other chain pharmacies in the area have also shut down, which has made this store extremely busy. There is almost always a line, and the staff here seem overworked and rushed. Unfortunately, because of this, they aren’t always the friendliest. On a Friday evening, I came in to pick up a prescription. For once, the store wasn’t crowded, and I overheard the pharmacist (AM) speaking with a male pharmacy technician. The technician commented that he hoped the store would stay that empty, and the pharmacist responded loudly, “Hopefully everyone has better plans — well, the normal ones at least.” It was unsettling to hear this from a pharmacist, someone entrusted with preparing medic
