CVS Pharmacy

All my prescriptions went here when Rite Aid closed. It's miserable. I can't call and talk to a person, they don't even have an automated menu system, you have to speak to an AI which can barely understand you. There is NO option to talk to a person and refill your prescription. The system says no prescriptions are eligible. The next day, get a text "click this link". Want you to sign up for an account. Skip. Then it says, oh here's a prescription but you can ONLY set it up for automatic. I'm transferring to Weis!

Quality of service had gone downhill severely over time, this is not the fault of the local employees, and more systemic issues of CVS as a whole. You'd be better served going literally anywhere else.

I have been waiting for a medicated shampoo for my son for a week now. I stopped in and while in line the pharmacist was very short with the lady in front of me. Then it was my turn. I gave her the my son's name and she very rudely stated " there is no prescription under that name" I said " it's a shampoo" and to that she said " it's on hold" I asked why and she replied " it's not covered my insurance " I said " how much is it without insurance?" I never received an answer because the lady that was before Mt came back and she started speaking with her in a nasty tone. She then told me to step over to the consultation window for someone else to help me. Thankfully the pharmacy techs are very helpful. The tech pulled it up and ran it through a discount program and told me that it would be in

Not a fan of the new check in way. I had to pick up my daughters and my medication. I could only pick up hers because the computers shut down right after I picked hers up. Now I am sitting here waiting until 2:00pm to pick up mine. What a waste of my time.

My experience has been nothing but positive. They transferred all my prescriptions from another pharmacy with no problems. Their app is good and works well. It makes refills breeze.
