Before moving to Hershey, I lives in Los Angeles, New York and Las Vegas and I’ve had my eyebrows permanently done in all three cities. When I move to Pennsylvania, six years ago, I kept seeing a couple of women around town who had very beautiful eyebrows and two women in the same week said that they had came to Cindys. I remembered it and then one day I was driving down chocolate Avenue and I saw it in Palmyra and I’m like wait a second that’s the place I think it was about four years ago that I first started coming here first Cindy herself, micro bladed me and then had me come back five weeks after and then tattooed being that I had suffered Bell’s palsy and had a facelift, she took notice of the measurements of my forehead eyes and Brows and she actually fixed it for me. Cindy has been perfecting my eyebrows for about 3years. My first experience at Cindy Brows is when I had my eyebrows Micro bladed, And I was more than happy with the end result. Cindy was awesome!!! She did a fantastic job on my eyeliner, top and bottom. I'm going back to get my Eyebrows done and my lips. She was so nice and caring. Made sure I was totally comfortable. I was a little nervous about it all, but she made me feel so relaxed. Highly recommend her!!!

Miss Cindy is the best! I came to her in tears from my eyebrows being screwed up from a different salon. I have been going to her for a few years now and I won't go to anyone but her. She takes her time to make your eyebrows look fabulous, she's caring and does an amazing job. I highly recommend her for any of your waxing! She is the absolute best!

Cindy is amazing! I love my eyebrows she did an excellent job with my brows! I got them Microblading and tint and am so happy because now I don’t have to worry about messing around with them every morning I love them! She’s very responsible !
