CVS Pharmacy

CVS staff are always very obliging whenever I go there for my medicine. I’m always impressed by the level of professionalism and graciousness exhibited by the staff and personnel. Never a sharp word or anything less than helpful. The jovial sense of humor of some of the staff makes my visits a rewarding and uplifting experience.

Inderstaffed...phone, and text messages not returned. After numerous attempts and 6 hours had to drive in to get action and status on my script. Very disgruntled employees due to severe staffing shortages.

I love this team. I drive from Jupiter because they are so good. ALL of the pharmacists and the Jackie’s! And everyone else in between. They are super busy and have to deal with a lot. I have so much respect for them, & can’t say enough good things. Feel blessed to have such a great team. Thanks CVS Pharmacy for all you do. You all work so hard. 🙏💝

Okay so I hate this a 2 star. But recently cvs no longer will take incoming calls from patients/customers. You have to leave a message that claims you will get a call back. But they never do. However after waiting a couple of days after leaving the message and trying the automated service. I’ve been forced to call in on the doctor/provider line. However i do explain why I used this line and they help me. Well today a young lady if u will. Before I could explain I had left message and couldn’t get the automated service to work for me she said i was wasting her time and I’m blocking doctors from calling in and proceeded to hang up on me. I tried explaining that I tried leaving a message and got no call back. but she had already hung up on me That’s a bold face lie. They have several phone

The staff is rude and told me they would not fill my prescriptions. I am a teacher for Palm Beach public schools and I reported it to the Union so that we can partner with another pharmacy that will be kind and fill prescriptions.
