A little about me. I'm a dad of 5 kids and we've been getting all our meds, vaccinations, and Covid boosters for the past 10+ years at this pharmacy. I remember having my car with my kids waiting in the drive thru to get tested for Covid when there was no vaccine and all you could do was quarantine. Then getting all our Covid19 vaccines here when available. Throughout the years the staff has gone thru changes but everyone at this pharmacy has always taken care of my family. This is not our closest pharmacy but is our family's pharmacy. If there is any issue with our prescriptions, the staff alerts us right away. They contact our doctors for clarification even make us aware of meds prescribed that we should speak further with our physicians which we've done and assisted our physicia

It seems like the pharmacy staff here are overworked because one of them took their frustration out on me today. I walked in to get 4 scripts filled for my mother who just had surgery. After I was called up to the counter, the tech was already in a bad mood. I could tell by the no greeting, no smile, no hello. I was reading the scripts from my mom’s phone to the tech and she was impatient, huffing and puffing, and rolling her eyes at me. She cut me off and said one moment and went to the back computer and was telling me to hold on as she looked up my mom’s information. She was very frustrated with answering my questions. I finally got fed up and told her she was being rude from the start and I’m not sure why or if there is a problem. She said she wasn’t being rude and threw her hands up in

Pharmacy staff seems overworked. Unable to reach via phone or text to check on important prescription. Leadership needs to reassess work loads and processes to better provide care and improve morale. My family has taken business elsewhere even though I've had good interactions with individual staff. The staff cannot carry the load alone.

From the mouth of my Physician, his office is not sending any patients to CVS ever again and only sending them to Walgreens or Publix. I came by just to ask what was the eta for a prescription because there's only voice-mail on the phone and they denied having a prescription order voice-mail from my Doctor the two times I came by until I got word from my doctor and I told them my Dr's office had record of the call, ONLY THEN they admitted they did have it but it was too close to closing time and only decided to help by sending the order to the 24hr location when I mentioned I had a medical condition. They have a lawsuit waiting to happen, stop power tripping with people's prescriptions, its not a game and might end up killing or severely hurting someone.

Jamie in the CVS Pharmacy on Lockwood blvd was extremely rude to me and my 2 children who were with me to pick up a prescription. It took almost 1 hour. Due to a small glitch in picking up my prescription, Jamie who had helped us, went on to help every other person in line, answered phone calls, etc., while my two kids (One Autistic) grew tired and impatient waiting. Jamie then went on to make several rude comments to us as she walked by us at the window and went to help others. I will never go back to that CVS if Jamie continues to work there. What happened to "Customer Service?"
