Received two vaccines at the CVS on Highland Ave in Ossining. Friendly, professional staff, convenient, prompt service, all around great experience. Highly recommended.

The Staff Member at the drive thru was extremely helpful, efficient and moved the drive thru quickly. She helped me add a card to my account by sending me a link and was very friendly as she is with all customers. Thank you.

Like others, if it was possible to give one start I would. I have been a CVS customer my entire life in multiple states. This location and specifically their management, are the worst I’ve seen. If you can get your prescriptions anywhere else I recommend it. This CVS <0.5 miles from my house but I will now be driving across town to avoid them in the future.

I have never been here without experiencing some type of problem. I got an automated call that my Rx was ready three days ago. I go today and first they tell me I don’t have a pickup. Then I explain and they say “oh sorry we see it” then I have to wait 20 minutes. It should have been ready 3 days ago. This is always the experience here they never improve or change.

I despise this pharmacy. I've been trying to leave and transfer my prescription to another pharmacy for a month now. When I call them they say they'll handle it. The pharmacy that I've been attempting to transfer to says that this CVS ignores their calls. Still trying to leave. 🥲
