CVS Pharmacy

My doctor sent a script Monday. Two hours later there was no prescription. The app continued to say "delay" for two more days. I called Tuesday they said, well we can get one of them ready by close. The app continued to say delay. I called twice and no one returned my call. The app still said delayed. I finally got through 48 hours after the script was called in. It was a renewal and is not supposed to be abruptly stopped. They said they were short staffed and that the prescriptions (both) were ready. The app still said delay. I waited in the line for 35 minutes to pick them up. I will go through the annoying and often clumsy and time consuming process of switching pharmacies as soon as I am able.

Thank you for your helpfulness each time I have had to use your pharmacy. The staff is usually very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Originally I marked 4 stars, when it was intended to be 5 *****.

This particular CVS is well organized, well stocked, and well lit. It is easy access from the road with no traffic issues. Staff are very helpful and courteous. Occasionally it seems understaffed and I have had to go find an employee to help me find an item or to check out, which is why I gave it 4 stars.

This pharmacy and their staff are always friendly and helpful with any questions or concerns we might have - they will also notice and recommend side effects that might happen when you have prescriptions from multiple doctors. One of the most trustworthy and appreciated customer support organizations

I had a very poor experience today at the pharmacy. I was unable to pickup my prescriptions a few weeks ago and it was a hassle for them to refill them. They acted like they were but hurt about it. Get a better attitude
