CVS Pharmacy

For several years, the carpeting throughout the entire store has been in an extremely dirty and unsanitary condition. The flooring is heavily stained, visibly soiled, and appears to have been neglected for an extended period of time. This level of uncleanliness is inappropriate for any retail establishment and is especially concerning for a pharmacy where customers expect a clean, hygienic environment. The condition of the store creates a strong impression of neglect and raises concerns about overall sanitation standards. Customers visit this location for prescriptions and health-related needs, and the environment should reflect basic cleanliness and professional standards.

Seriously debating on using another pharmacy. Usually I get decent customer service, but today it was obvious that Amrita didn’t want to be there. Not pleasant at all.

No greeting or help when looking for an item. No help when standing at the counter waiting be checked out, but as soon as I used self-checkout I was all of a sudden being stood over and watched by an employee. Go-figure.🙄

The pharmacist and her staff were very knowledgeable and kind!

I love that I was able to get my vaccinations right down the street from my home. The Dr. was very nice and professional. She was very attentive and sweet.
