CVS Pharmacy

New year changes in my prescription plan raise the cost of Generic Etzimble From $15.00 to $95.00. Being shocked at the cost, they said that it probably was from my new Deductible. They told me they had a prescription card and that if they applied it to the drug, it would come down to $29. I cannot thank them enough, Tho It’s a very busy Pharmacy. They always take the time to talk to you and make sure everything’s OK. Five star all the time.!

The only reason I’m using CVS and giving them another chance is because the pharmacists that I’ve gotten to know over the years and have the utmost respect for came to CVS when RiteAid closes. The customer service employee , Chad , from drive thru needs to learn about customer service and that not everyone is healthy and chipper obviously “ITS A PHARMACY”. The attitude just for wanting to get my potassium and go home to start feeling better and I had to deal with Chad Mr. Millennialattitude himself 🤪

Every time I go to CVS at 54 Atlantic Avenue in Ocean View, all of the clerks are helpful friendly and polite. And the prescription area is the same, whether I am picking up a prescription or getting a flu shot etc.

Pharmacist Kyle and cashier Elizabeth (Beth) are just terrific! Always very helpful, kind and knowledgeable. Always will take time to answer a question.

If Beth is working the Pharmacy register then the line goes a lot faster. She will work both registers, bouncing back and forth, and is always so Pleasant and Knowledgeable. Kyle is always busy but he will still look up and say hi. Best Pharmacy in the area.
