Atracare - Urgent Care Clinic

I’ve been coming to this ocean view office for the last two years for to their walk in and became a patient for their pcp. Their pcp left, and they have no one to replace them, it’s awful. Well instead of letting me have a telehealth call with a different doctor because the Rehoboth office is 40 mins away I was told either come to Rehoboth or find a new pcp. Makes me sad that the patient isn’t the priority. I’ll be taking my family else where.

Atracare in Ocean View, DE is amazing. My husband and I have used them for Urgent Care many times, and are always pleased with the service we receive. When we realized they had a Primary Care, we started using that too. Dr. Lenai Austin is so knowledgeable, extremely thorough, patient, listens well, and does not rush you. She sincerely cares about her patients. The staff are great too. Atracare has easy, convenient parking, the facility is clean, it is easy to make and get appointments, and when we email questions to the Atracare portal, they get right back to us. We highly recommend using Atracare Primary Care and Urgent Care facilities in Ocean View, DE.

I am an RN and live in NYS, I was recently vacationing and needed medical attention. I went to your walk in clinic in Ocean View, Delaware. I made an appointment on line and I arrived there at 6:40PM. I was seen promptly and i received exceptional care, I was very impressed. The tech (young woman with long blond hair- sorry I don't remember her name) was very friendly and efficient. I was seen by Kara the NP and she was great. She was very caring and understanding. A few days later I received a follow up call from Sara(on a Sunday evening) she reviewed my test results and asked me if i was feeling better. I would 100% recommend this clinic! Again you have a great team and I appreciate all of their effort.

Went in today for visit and was denied medical attention from the girl at the front desk! I wonder what medical degree she has to triage, patients and deny them medical treatment. Absolutely ridiculous! On my way to the ER now will update more later.

My wife went to the Altracare in Bethany Beach, De. The facility is wonderful and modern. The staff is welcoming and attentive. Dr. Lindsay Albanese was terrific and was extremely professional. My wife was extremely unwell while on vacation and the doctor’s diagnosis was so accurate that she felt better rather quickly. I would highly recommend this facility. And Thank You Dr. Lindsay Albanese for your excellent care of my Wife and saving our vacation!
