CVS Pharmacy

The customer service here is a big issue. Especially in the pharmacy. I don't know why but almost every month they are always out of my medications. And then I have to wait even longer. And I get severe panic attacks. So I have to just suffer from my condition because they never have my script on time. It's just frustrating. And they never try to help me or anything. They make me feel like a nuisance. And the phone system sucks here if you are a pharmacy patient. Instead of talking to someone right away. You have to leave a voicemail. And they have an hour to call you back. Half the time they call. Sometimes they don't. So then I half to leave more messages just to fill my prescriptions. And then when I do call back, they say "Yes, you called". You can tell they obviously didn't listen to

Best pharmacy in Vegas! They take time to read prescriptions and fix issues in their system. Truly make you feel human and not another name in the system. Thank you!🙏

Very fast, courteous service. Team member asked if I had any questions concerning the medication. This particular CVS location is trying to step up their game. It has NOT always been a pleasant or short trip. Under staffing causes a LOT of attitudes and poor customer service. Today was a great day in CVS.

I dropped off my prescriptions on Thursday and tried to find out about them 6 hours later. After calling for 3 days I revisited the pharmacy on Sunday. The prescriptions was where the pharmacist had left it ( next to the register). They had no explanation why no one had even filled the order. They then had a attitude of why I waited so long to connect them . This is not the first time I had experienced this treatment at this store. I even worked at this particular store for 8years and have had customers tell me their horror stories now I have some of my own.
