CVS Pharmacy

I mostly get prescriptions here. The drive-thru is frequently closed so I have to park, get out my rollator (which I can't balance without) and hobble to the back of the store where almost without exception I encounter a substantial wait. I continue to use this CVS because it is relatively close to my residence and in my insurance network.

Customer service in the pharmacy is terrible. I stood for 10 mins before anyone spoke to me. Finally they told me they had to order the medication and I could pick up next day. Went 2 days later, never got the medication and would have to wait more. Just horrible experience

My daughter ran out of medication while we were visiting family on the east coast. We were able to have a refill sent electronically to the CVS 24 hour pharmacy near where we were staying with my mom in RVA. We were relieved to find a 24 hour pharmacy as we were coming back from a visit to VA beach and would be arriving after regular pharmacy hours. Her prescription was ready when we arrived and the small pharmacy line moved quickly. Pharmacy staff were efficient and courteous. It was so much easier than we expected! Would highly recommend this pharmacy.

Excellent staff I just wish they would open there drive through. It was so convient , however I do understand the staffing shortage I struggle as a store manager with staffing it’s a sign of the times issue. Overall fast friendly and informative

Picking and choosing who you give medication to isn't ok. I was told that a "regular customer" needed the same meds I did. Since I use another CVS (who was out of the meds), I didn't take "priority". How is this legal?! Holding meds for certain people, and denying patients their meds that you have in stock. That's some B.S.
