CVS Pharmacy

The pharmacists, Dr(s) Joan and Patrick are outstanding and have taken care of my rx needs here for years. I’ve been coming here for 5 years and have never had a poor experience with staff or had any problems. Joan is one of the most kind and compassionate professionals that I have ever met. She is the reason I continue coming to this location despite moving much further away- I’ll drive just to see her smiling face and assurance knowing I will not have to question or be concerned for my prescriptions. I pass at least 10-15 pharmacies and drive across the bridge just to this location for their competent/kind staff and to these two pharmacists I know and trust.

I only wish there was an option to leave zero stars because my experience was so horrifyingly terrible I am choosing to stay in the parking lot and take time out of a busy day to give a horrible review. Between every Pharmacy associate not understanding what I'm trying to do which is make a simple very simple purchase everyone's telling me to do something different conflicting instructions it's stupid frankly I'm just making a purchase I don't need to stand in line and wait for a prescription I don't have a prescription I'm not picking up anything I'm making a purchase end of discussion but your short-sighted attempt to humiliate me with conflicting instructions quickly backfires because you don't know what the heck to do for something as simple as I need to check out then on top of that I

The team members at this location always acknowledge, and greet me with a smile and ask how can they assist me. Customer service is refreshing. I feel like my business is appreciated.

The pharmacy staff was phenomenal at getting the vaccine needed for my son to attend school. They were patient and they went beyond to help us by double checking to see if they had the medication needed when they couldn't initially find it.

The people at this CVS are hard working and nice. Please treat them with respect as they do everything in their power to better assist the public. Most of the time, they are short on staff, but they are always polite. Be patient and be respectful. They are every day people who live and work in our city. Thank you, CVS staff. You are an awesome bunch!
