Our needs were handled in a few minutes before lunch closing with kindness, courtesy, and expertise. I was amazed how the staff provided 2 flu vaccines for us, grabbed a script that was delayed by internet, filled the Rx, checked our insurance -- all in less than 8 minutes with great professionalism.

Maggie was a God send ,My pharmacy was out of my diabetes medication, everywhere I called nobody had it . I left a call back, and Maggie helped me with what she could. I was so grateful. Her customer service was magnificent. I might transfer all my prescriptions here even though others are so much closer.

Went for scheduled COVID and flu shots. In and out of store in fewer than 10 minutes! First shot hardly noticeable, second entirely painless. THAT'S SERVICE!

I love the workers at CVS in New Providence.. they are caring and make me feel like family and I really appreciate it ♥️

The pharmacist is always friendly, took time to answer my questions about vaccines, helped me understand what my insurance covered regarding my prescription and put in a call on my behalf to ask for an override. She had a problem solving attitude and I felt like she was my partner, rather than acting like it wasn’t her problem and she was too busy. I appreciate the help!
