I had an excellent experience at SeeClear Associates this week. It had been years since my last eye exam, so I was a bit apprehensive, but the entire process—from check-in to check-out—was seamless and efficient. The staff was welcoming and professional, and the office was spotless with state-of-the-art technology. Dr. Strenger was outstanding: knowledgeable, caring, and highly professional. The appointment was quick, yet thorough, and I left completely satisfied. I’m looking forward to picking up my new glasses in the coming weeks.

The best experience I’ve had at a doctors office thus far. I took my 6 month old daughter here to get her checked out and the staff was so helpful and caring. The receptionist even held my daughter’s bottle for me while I filled out the proper forms! The doctor was super gentle, informative, and reassuring. I was worried bringing my baby as she might not have cooperated but the doctor was very baby friendly and knew all the right tricks to keep her engaged. Can’t wait to be back!

The front desk were professional and already have everything ready when we came 15min prior to the appointment, the office was nice and well organized and there was no waiting at all. The nurse was very patient with my 8 years old son and also very kind. The dr was really informative and explained everything to me and was really understanding, he addressed all my concerns and questions and kept asking me if I have any more questions plus my son really liked him which is really important to me. Over all I’m really happy with the visit and if needed I’ll go again without a second thought.

Per usual everyone was kind, helpful and knew what they were doing. I wanted to purchase prescription sunglasses and I had my vision checked recently so I only needed to meet with a technician. She was busy when I arrived and one of the receptionists offered to cover for her after I chose the style I wanted. When the technician was available she checked what had been done and completed the measurements. I am always pleased with See Clear.

It was awful. The doctor was over 45 minutes late and didn’t apologize at all. I waiting 20 minutes to the billing but couldn’t complete the process. I left with no bill or invoice. I called them the next and asked to send me the bill and was told no. I was told I had to set a portal account to access to my. So not helpful. Warby Parker here I come.
