CVS Pharmacy

I appreciate the convenience of CVS in the community. I have moved recently from one state to another and I continue to get great service service from the pharmacy department and I also get the Reminders in addition to the amazing discounts on the receipts. I think most people may throw them away, but I use them every chance I get thank you CVS for your continued support and supplying me with the medication I need. Happy New Year!💜

Carlos went above and beyond resolving my issues in getting my meds. My VA ID did not serve as my pharmacy benefits card, for some reason, as it's the only one I have. I gave him the VA Urgent Care number, as advised by the Urgent Care nurse when I called. He didn't tell me that he couldn't do it, but instead, called them, called me twice for the information they were requesting (last 4 of SSN and Military ID #), then stayed on the phone with me to ensure no further information was needed and that the prescriptions were approved by the VA. Very professional. All too often people spend more time telling you why it's not their job to fix your problems than just being a part of the solution and helping you solve them. Carlos and his crew are the best ever! I was a long time customer of another big chain pharmacy. The pharmacist Carlos left that company to work at CVS. I stayed with the other pharmacy for several months and realized how bad the customer service had fallen. I went to CVS on Elysian Fields and found Carlos and his crew and has been a satisfied customer since!

The team at the CVS Pharmacy at 1600 Elysian Field here in New Orleans are second to none. They are always empathetic to our needs and answer questions I may have in layman’s terms. I always appreciate their help.
