CVS Pharmacy

The absolute worst pharmacy on the face of this earth. Pretty sure CVS is the cause of at least 80% of my personal stress… if it’s not one family member dealing with something there, it’s another, and they ALWAYS manage to fail. To start, it’s a miracle if they have whatever common drug you need in stock… One goes to urgent care on a Saturday because one needs.. urgent care… one obtains prescription for said care… one then must wait 3 days for aforementioned prescription because CVS is a complete disaster. Awesome. I could go on for days.

After 6 visits in previous attempts to obtain my prescription, CVS FINALLY had their drive-through service open! It must have been a special holiday or something. At least I didn’t have to wait in an incredibly long line inside while the pain shot down my legs from standing so long. CVS, the first drug store EVER that was able to be a source of pain, discomfort and general stress for me. Here’s some advice: When you bid on a contract to serve as the pharmacist, MAKE SURE YOU CAN FULLY STAFF YOURSELF IN ORDER TO PROPERLY SERVICE THE NEEDS OF THOSE IN NEED OF PRESCRIPTIONS LIKE THE ELDERLY AND INFIRM!!!!!!!!!!

In reality, the people who work at the CVS pharmacy in new Milford are very unprofessional. I came around 1:20 to get some medicine and at that time they close the pharmacy line 10 minutes before 1:30 because they are going to have their lunch. I think it's unprofessional since they should close at the exact time they say, not before.

In this day and age it is heartening to meet with both efficiency and kindness in a situation that required an extra effort to solve. A CVS pharmacy team member provided both--with a smile. Thank you, Laura!
