CVS Pharmacy

The self checkouts did not work. They kept prompting that help was on the way. The cvs employees ignored the prompt. I stood there for more than 20 minutes. Finally after I asked for someone to help they came over. Still did not work. Then told me to go to another self checkout. That one did not work. Walked out and went to Walgreens. Terrible service never going back. Rather drive 20 minutes to Walgreens then shop at this Naples CVS.

I had a very unpleasant experience with one of the pharmacy staff at CVS. The pharmacist — an Asian woman — was extremely rude, unprofessional, and dismissive. She couldn’t answer even basic questions about the medication and made me feel like I was bothering her. As a customer, I expect respect and proper information, especially when it concerns my health. CVS should seriously consider training staff better or re-evaluating who they place in customer-facing roles.

If I could give 0 I would. Horrible Asian Women at a service, very rude and unprofessional, we were told that our medications are ready but she refused to give one of them as we did not have a physical ID on hand, we explained that we are tourists and forgot it, but she refused to write the information on her own, she said that she would have to enter all information by herself and I asked her to do it but then she says it is against her policy, I offered her to give both sides of my id and she refused to help me and did not give me a proper explanation and was complaining that she is working for 10 hours and will not wait extra 5 minutes past 7 for me to get my id. This is beyond unprofessional!!!

New assistant manager I believe was Dan terribly customer service skills super ruder and disrespectful. I hope corporate se this through and follow up

Very incopempetent Asian Lady at the Pharmacy register, showed up late for work, and made me waste my time considering that she told me that they open at 10 am. Also could not verify my information properly and was asking multiple verification questions, did not have any issues with such before!
