CVS Pharmacy

The pharmacist who wears the name tag "Chris" but is actually named Philip Mullen RPh, was incredibly rude after attempting to use a GoodRX discount code that ended up not coming up with the advertised price. After this discovery, I asked the tech to simply switch it back to my insurance. Chris came to the drive through window, extreemly mad, because i asked him to run it through my insurance instead! He then said "if you want us to run it again, you are going to have to come inside. I have 3 vaccines to give, and other customers to take care of, and we have already run it 5 times" This was not true, because I had only presented one GoodRX discount code. I asked him why i needed to come inside after waiting 30-45 min in the drive through already when all they needed to do was simply

The store is clean and staff is always friendly and helpful. Pharmacy is great about getting medication needed quickly.

If you’ve been told that CVS isn’t the best, try their pharmacy on New Salem Hwy. I changed from a local pharmacy/grocery I had been using for 20 years. I wish I had changed to this CVS sooner. They are extremely professional in every way!

The CVS on new Salem Hwy in Murfreesboro is top notch with great employees and they all show kindness and the pharmacist at this location is A+. He is very kind and informative, providing comfort while speaking to you. He will look out for your best interest and is helpful.
