CVS Pharmacy

The pharmacy was very busy, 15 people in line busy. But, the staff was working quickly and people did not have a long wait. I was getting a vaccine and one of the gentlemen behind the counter asked me immediately when I approached the counter how he could help me. I told him why I was there and he verified my appointment and then I waited about 5-10 minutes and I was taken and given my shot and on my way. It was a very good experience. That is rarely said any more when dealing with big companies. Way to go.

Takes forever in store and at the drive-through when picking up prescriptions. When you go to pick up a prescription, you better look to see what the prescription is because they gave me the wrong prescription instead of the one that I was there to pick up. They gave me a prescription that I don’t normally even get from CVS. When I told the pharmacist that it would be good practice for the cashier to ask the customer what prescription they were picking up or at least tell them the name of the prescription that you are going to ring up, his response was “it goes both ways you should’ve looked at the prescription label before you paid for it.” Not good customer service!

Busy pharmacy, but quick service from friendly, knowledgable, caring staff! They take time to answer questions, help you through any issues, and genuinely care about each customer. Glad I transferred my scripts to the Monroe CVS. Crystal is THE BEST!

CVS and evryone from the head of the pharmacy team has always been prompt, efficient and is always ready to help out. I am very happy about my experiences with CVS. Thank you to all.

This is a terrific pharmacy. The pharmacists are top notch: smart, hard working, and efficient but they still find time to be friendly and accessible to customers. It's a very busy pharmacy - fortunately the support staff keeps everything moving along. This is not the closest pharmacy to me but it's the very best in the area in my opinion.
