Soon after that I played Pickleball and experienced a shoulder cuff tear. I could hardly move my right arm and surgery seemed certain. I saw Peter Z for 30 + session to help me with the rehab of my total knee replacement. The rehab was complicated by a severely inflamed Illiotibial band. Peter was diligent in helping me reach my goals and was very explicit about the exercise routines I needed to follow. When necessary he would videotape our exercise routines.
