I do understand that the team members are very busy however, I also believe that it is important to acknowledge the customer, even if you cannot attend to them immediately. The simple words of saying I will be with you shortly are important The team member just looked at me while I was at the drive-through window walked away and did not return until 10 minutes later That is not good Customer Service
Drive up has been closed for a while due to staffing. Sign posted at pharmacy says filling prescriptions may be delayed due to staffing, signature pad broken at register. Usually one person working inside register while drive up closed and substantial wait period. Praying they want to view our pharmacy as an opportunity instead of focusing on profits. Our health is at stake. Until there are changes I would recommend going elsewhere.
This pharmacy has always been super helpful to me, efficient and respectful. Wonderful staff.
Pharmacy does not accept any phonecalls. A woman with the worst attitude imaginable called me back. Awful communication and zero clarity. Horrible customer service.
Pretty good service, however the pharmacy will close between 12:30 and 1:30pm for lunch.
