CVS Pharmacy

I went for the first time and they had to take my information, call the insurance company, a very long process. The guy who helped me, Zachary, was extremely polite and patient. High-level attention. A million thanks, Zachary. I am very grateful for your kindness and education. 5 stars. CVS Phar.

Zachary is a very courteous and professional team member. He goes out of his way to always help the customers. He explains how the medicines work, any alternatives, the vaccines available. Always greets customers with a smile and shows empathy towards them. He is the #1 reason why my whole family shops there. Other team members should learn from his leadership skills and his manners. Zachary, should be highly commended for his skills and performance. This store has no drive-thru, which is bad for disabled people and the pharmacy tends to be out of certain medicines and you have to wait too long to get them. On the other hand, there are some team members that don't greet you, totally ignore you and when they do take care of you, not even eye contact. When you ask them a question and they do

The store has great employees but there are some issues with the products they're very limited the shelves aren't always full there's so many products and items that are not there always missing you go back to the store months after months after months and they're still no products so that needs to change.

Pharmacist helped me out today. She is beautiful as well. 🫶🏾

Every visit to this pharmacy has been good. They work quickly. The pharmacist answers your questions, if you have any concerns. The workers are nice to get you out, in a timely manner, with your medication(s).
