CVS Pharmacy

The man in the CVS Pharmacy at this location really needs customer service training! I have had great customer service always until this man started working there. He's very short when speaking with customers. After all, customers sign his paycheck. No customers, no paycheck!!!

This place is the worst - I had a prescription filled on a Tuesday, called to let them know i would be picking it up Saturday. They said it would be there for me. I get there Saturday and they tell me, "oh we put it back and someone else picked it up, but we can transfer it to another store that has it today". I go to the other store and they let me know that because of the type of prescription it cant be transferred and my Dr. has to prescribe the medication all over again to get it filled...glad it's Saturday and the pharmacist was too incompetent to even know thats how those meds work. Also - CVS has a 14 day holding policy. Removing a medication the day you fill it when I let you know I was picking it up 4days later is crazy and then not even refilling it on ya'alls end or letting me k

The CVS at Bell Creek Mechanicsville did not take care of our son when looking up where his RX was located or if it had been filled. Instead, the pharmacist opted to ask us to step aside after we had already waited in line for our turn so he could ring up another customer(s). We stepped aside but then questioned the store policy on why we were asked to step aside instead of taking care of our issue. His response did not answer of question and he also spoke to my husband (man to man) instead of answering my question. He even told me to not interrupt him. Once we asked him to just check on our son's meds he was able to quickly find his the RX and asked if we wanted it filled (we had already received notification it had been transferred and filled). This could have been done initially instead

I used to like this CVS the best because it was faster and they always had my prescriptions but lately I’ve noticed they refuse to call empty prescriptions into the doctor when zero refills are there unlike the other CVS locations in Mechanicsville that I’ve been attending for over 20 years. Today when I called to ask where my thyroid meds were that my doctor called in 2 days ago she said they didn’t have it, they were waiting on the doctor, I said I just talked to the doctor, they turned it in 2pm 2 days ago, they need to call up there and get that straight, the girl proceeded to tell me that they don’t call doctors…. I told her yes y’all do, it’s in your job description, I’ve been going to CVS for years, never had a problem, she kept repeating she was new and they didn’t call doctors the

We use Target CVS pharmacy since I used to work at that Target, but over the years we have been slowly disheartened by the customer service provided by the pharmacy techs and pharmacists. My husband despises going to this pharmacy but absolutely HATES calling them more. He has been repeatedly ignored and hung up on by the Pharmacists. He knows which pharmacist this is because she has done this to him multiple times before. The head pharmacist is usually very pleasant and helpful. Sadly the other pharmacists who fill in on her days off aren't the same, and horrible with the customer service aspect of their job. My husband has informed me we are switching CVS's.
