CVS Pharmacy

I went for Tdap and flu vaccines, and the staff told me my insurance was not in network and that I would need to pay out of pocket, suggesting Walmart Pharmacy instead. Another CVS location provided the vaccines for free, so this location either lacks adequate knowledge or was unwilling to help.

If I could give them a zero, I would. I’ve given them chance after chance to fix their issues inside of the pharmacy as of today I am sick and tired of dealing with the pharmacist attitude, and everyone that works back in the pharmacy. The pharmacist herself has a rude attitude and sarcastic, and turns a nose of people and the lady at the cash register. Tried to talk to you as if you broke and cannot afford my medicine or you ignorant. They tried to give me a prescription that was overpriced and told me that the insurance was no longer paying for it and then I had to take the generic brand on one of my prescriptions or I need to pay $1600 because they feel that they ran it in the system correctly. The other prescription is my mounjaro the pharmacy tech and the pharmacist lied and said that

I received the 2025-2026 COVID vaccine here today along with the flu vaccine. This is one of the few pharmacies with the updated COVID vaccine. Scheduling an appointment online was easy. I was helped promptly when I arrived. The pharmacist was super nice and answered all of my questions about vaccines. I would definitely recommend getting your vaccinations here and scheduling an appointment online. For every vaccine you get they also give you a coupon for $10 of $20 spent in the store. The coupons are good through the end of the year.

Mohamed is one of the most genuinely kind, friendly, patient, customer-pleasing employees you have. He is never rushed with me when I have a question, and he has the best attitude and personality ever!!! If there is a spare moment, he might share a fact or two about his visit back home to Egypt and I love that!!! Cudos to Mohamed!!! Carol P.
