CVS, as a whole, does not garner much merit for customer service (even though they fill a perported 66% of our nation's prescriptions). I've been to a LOT of locations throughout the country, and have been "less than thrilled" (putting it lightly), with most of them. This particular CVS is SO on point, within 15 minutes of my PCP submitting a prescription, I get a notification that it has been filled! This location is 35 minutes (on a good day) from where I live and it's been my "GO-TO" for several years now. Miss Karen (lead pharmacist) and Miss Barb (pharmacy tech) make an unbeatable team! Kudos to them both! I cannot give proper thanks, as they've NEVER let me down and that's why I make the trek several times monthly.

I've called multiple times to contact this cvs the past 2 days to cancel my online order and no answer once I get past the robot which is already difficult. I got ahold of a female last night and she could't even help me had no idea how to cancel an online order which they can do on there computer cause I cannot do it on my end once I finish my order. She tells me she can't find my order. I am a frequent customer at cvs and there are 2 different online orders photo pickup or your regular online pick up and im assuming she was looking at photo pickup and she sounded like she did not want to help me, So I told her well can you write my name down and cancel it once you figure it out or find someone that can and she said "uhm sure" so I wait a day and no one has canceled my order. I have had wonderful experiences at this CVS pharmacy in Target in Lititz, PA (960 Lititz Pike). I have had numerous negative experiences at other local CVS pharmacies, and I almost gave up on CVS until someone recommended this location. The staff at this location are amazing! They are personable and extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and they work hard to have prescriptions ready in a timely manner.

Always the nicest staff and always have meds ready in a timely manner! The staff always makes time for each patient picking up their meds even when they are super busy. Karen specifically called me the very next morning, when I had issues with a prescription not being sent to the pharmacy the day before. She called stating she had my meds ready for me and even told me what my copay would be.
