I was treated like a piece of garbage there at this location... I'm sure it's because it's the only CVS in 50 miles in any direction. And some of our insurance providers have otc benefits that are only for CVS so they can treat people like that and they come back and get more.... So there's no loss of business or anything to reflect the shoddy management and terrible customer care.... I'm not just upset either. It's bad
Lory, the pharmacist is amazing at her job. She makes sure you are taken care of promptly and efficiently. She answers any questions you may have. She is an amazing asset to the store. She could definitely teach customer service to others. 😉 The Five Star review is based on my current and past experiences with Lory
A bit difficult for my wife at the pharmacy. We changed medication providers after this interaction.
I got my vaccine shot! They are always so friendly.
Dr submitted refill 5 times over course of 4 days before Rx was filled. Thus leaving my husband without meds for 4 days and never explained why it wasn't in their system.
