Every time I come here the front desk staff are so rude. They have no manners. Thought first time maybe just a bad day but no. They get an attitude with you just for needing something. Everything feels like an inconvenience to fix even if it’s caused by their shortcomings. Mistakes happen and I know everyone is human but seriously you guys need to realize you are seeing patients that already have a lower quality of life. the least you could offer is kindness whilst checking people in, and instead of getting upset when patients mention their were mistakes made in their care, whether it be medications, appointments, or general misunderstanding, try apologizing and taking care of the situation with empathy. To the nurses and doctors you guys are great, thank you.

Wow, first appointment and was very impressed. From the front desk, to the nurse and the doc himself. Very knowledgeable and professional. I think this was my best doc experience ever. Just so friendly and caring. He is definitely a referral I would be giving to many. Thanks guys.

Dr. Shalev's office staff never notified me of moving offices before my appointment. I was sent on a hunt for his office going to another location, then to the hospital. Only then did I get help getting to the office which had a VERY poor sign not visible from the road. The communication in the office and at the Greenbrier Valley Hospital is very poor. Getting my testing done for my appointment at the hospital was an awful experience. My appointment was moved then on the day I came in, my appointment was not honored and made me wait 1.5 hours because only 1 echo doppler machine is in the hospital. I have to drive 60 miles to the office and the hospital. Making a patient inconvenienced like our time isn't valuable is very unprofessional. I was late to my appointment when I was very early

He took his time and was in no rush when he was with me. He asked a lot of health questions and he thoroughly examined me. I was very sad to hear that he will not be at the Rupert site! I will go to lewisburg to see him again if the Rupert site is closed for some reason. RCB should be proud to have him on their team.

Doctor Shalev’s office personnel are efficient, and yet personable. Doctor Shalev speaks to his patients like human beings, and is very knowledgeable, and confident in his abilities to bring his patients the comfort of knowing that they are receiving the best help that can be found.
