CVS Pharmacy

Nice store. But l wish thay would stack their store brandz better! When l asked about a store brand they dint stack for awhile the employee just lifted her shouldahz an said she dint know. 🤷‍♀️🤦‍♀️My friend Maria tol me to give em 1 star! 😳 I tol her l'll give em da 5 cause CVS don't deserve and the employeez don't deserve to be downed!🤷‍♀️ I'ma just go to the CVS in Andover or Methuen ta buy the thangz dat dis here store don't stack! Problem solved! 🤷‍♀️👍

There is pharmacy assistant that is very rude and disrespectful. During my last visit there he was adamant that my order wasn’t ready, despite them constantly sending me text messages emails and etc. I even showed him the app and he continued to say that the medication was not ready. Now each time I visit this cvs he makes me feel very uncomfortable he barely acknowledges me and treats me like I’m not even a valued customer. I’ve been coming to this cvs for a very long time now and I’ve never had this particular issue until now. It’s just simply ridiculous. I’ve called on the manager for this issue and she found the medication. The point is I think every customer should be treated with respect. Some customers are really depending on their medication and to be treated like trash didn’t make

For me they treatment Very well, very nice.

I am a frequent member of the pharmacy. I go 2-3 times a week to pick up medication. I have always had a good experience. Yesterday I was serviced by DEBORAH at the CVS pharmacy drive through. I went to pick up my mother, 3 children and my medication. Deborah has absolutely no customer service, was extremely rude and told me \"so what are you planning to give me the next DOB\". I told her i was picking up for 5 ppl and after the second pick up she refused to attend to me and didn't want to come back to the drive through for no reason. I called the button and she came back and said \"what again\". She gave me the 3rd meds and said by and i had to call the button again and she refused to come back to the window. Another employee came and gave me the meds with. He stated that she was new and

The service at this pharmacy is exceptional. They always try to do their Best! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK! Deborah Martinez is a great pharmacy technician and is every efficient.
