CVS Pharmacy

I want to sincerely thank Henok, the pharmacist at CVS, for his excellent service. He was very kind, patient, and professional, and he took the time to explain everything clearly. He really helped me a lot and made sure I understood my medication. His support and care mean so much to me. CVS is lucky to have such a dedicated and helpful pharmacist. Highly recommended!

I used to like this C. V. S, but the service has truly changed. The extremely long lines. God forbid you have to ask the pharmacist, a question you have to get out of the line that you're already in to go ask the pharmacist, another question by the time you get back more people have joined. When speaking with the pharmacist, they are multitasking, too many things at at time and it makes you feel like what you are saying is not important. Then, after your doctor sent a prescription in they say there is none and there is no prescription for 3 days, I had to wait before the doctor's office is open again. They have you on hold for so long. The doctor office was getting fed up because I needed my prescriptions Immediately, now I am ack in the hospital. Great

After being released from the hospital, having a major limb reconstruction surgery, I was told that I Could not fulfill my prescription for pain meds due to my insurance having To give pre-authorization although that is a normal process my insurance told me that I could pay for the medication out-of-pocket while they work out the situation with my prescribing doctor CVS refused to allow me to Purchase the medication I’ve been home for five days and I’ve slept a total of three hours because the only thing I can take is Tylenol worst experience ever

They received my prescription at 3 and said it’ll be ready by 11pm. I could not wait and requested to be ready by 7. They said it would be ready after 7. I came back after 8 and it was not ready. They were able to complete unless than ten minutes but they are shortstaffed and could use customer service to empathize with customers. Just saying “Sorry” just doesn’t cut it.

AVOID this location. There is only ever 1 person working the pharmacy register, even on weekday evenings. On a recent Saturday at noon, there are only 2 people working in the pharmacy. Be prepared for a long wait, or use the drive thru - you seem to have priority.
