CVS Pharmacy

The 2 that was in the pharmacy this Saturday we're the best 2 that work there. I hope I always catch them at work when I need something from there.

Love all the CVS stores !! Moss Street stores are#!! Love the staff there they are all nice and professional in both stores .Thanks for your hard work and dedication . You all are appreciated!

Ms Heather Ortego is by far the best and most caring pharmacist I've ever dealt with. Each time I've interacted with her she amazes with the in depth information she provided. One prime example is when my physician prescribed meds for my battle with Covid , he didn't take into account the meds that I was taking on a daily basis. When filling my prescription, Ms Heather Ortego immediately realized that the covid meds would have a negative interaction with a med that I was taking daily. She directed to refrain from taking the med while on the covid med. In doing so she prevented a possible serious health issue. I will be forever grateful to her and CVS. Thank You Ms Heather Ortego!! The worst place ever for this franchise! Would not come to the phone even though I'd been on hold initially for 45 minutes, then called back only to continuously hold for an additional 40 minutes! And then they follow no protocol for customer service. If I didn't need the meds that close for my child, I wouldn't have used them! Last time they get my family's business, EVER! Wish I could give no stars!!

They definitely need more help in the pharmacy, don't answer the phone. My prescriptions are frequently not in stock, either in the pharmacy or on back order. This is definitely the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with.
