CVS Pharmacy

CVS Pharmacy in Lafayette has been a good experience for me over a 24 year time period. They are very congenial, ask if I have questions about meds, and have scripts ready on time. I highly recommend this pharmacy, and the full store products and gift selections.

This CVS located on 3625 Mount Diablo is by far one of the best. Especially the pharmacy staff are amazing.

Let me start by saying that Sabrina is the best. This pharmacist and manager(Lucy) is the absolutely most rude person in the world. Highly recommend avoiding. She told me, "No need to wait bc it won't be ready until 5," then did the hand shooing motion at me. I know most CVS' suck. But she is rude. And it was their fault the prescription wasn't completed yesterday. We went back again today. I was speaking to the pharmacist, and then Ariana decided to chime in when she was doing her job, counting pills. Should stick to doing that, Ariana. Then she told me she was going to call the cops 🤣😂🤣 CVS is a joke. 9 days later, my wife got the prescription.

The long line to pick up a prescription was filling the whole aisle. There was one person at the register and the pharmacist and other employees were chatting and having a great time while we waited for 20 minutes in line. The pharmacist was even chatting with the ONE lady getting people's prescriptions, slowing her down. They really didn't care. Unprofessional.

I typically use another pharmacy, came to this CVS pharmacy for a lower GoodRx price on a very expensive med, and won't repeat that decision for any med at any price. It's easy to say a place is the worst ... however, this CVS pharmacy might really be, and its employees deserve to be called out on their behavior. The pharmacist (kinda' tall'ish & blonde'ish ... didn't get her name) defines the words "unpleasant", "nasty", "rude", "jerk", "creep", and others I shouldn't include here ... perhaps her attitude's infected the entire pharmacy staff. On the flip side, props to this CVS store's ops mgr Tejal, who's very pleasant, a good listener and communicator, and understands that a customer being blamed by an employee isn't necessarily the actual problem.
