CVS Pharmacy

Scheduling a vaccine appointment online was easy. They had very open availability, so I got in right away. The team member who administered my vaccine was warm, friendly, personable, and professional. She took care of me quickly and seamlessly. I would not hesitate to go back there.

Sarah said I told her I didn't need a medication I didn't even discuss with her. I have evidence that 4 were ready get there and only 3 were ready Sarah wouldn't lie... Well attorney general was already investigating another prescription that disappeared off record charged my insurance and reversed it so who's lying... I have everything documented... All other pharmacies in and around I have never had these problems so I'm only using Dixon from now on if I continue with this company bc this is the last of three incidents within the last 3 months

Horrible service and staff is not friendly or helpful at all. Transferred all my prescriptions to Sycamore and Dixon where they are much more friendly and take care of your medications the same day. Markland location makes you wait a day or 2 before you get your items filled. When you call to put a rush on it they say "we will get to it when we can". Unnaceptable!

I love this pharmacy and encourage all to be a part of it because their staff are excellent people and very welcoming!

The Pharmacy has always maintained a professional relationship, always been very efficient, asks about flu shots, etc. I have never had the first negative thought about their Department.
