CVS Pharmacy

My prescriptions were sent to this pharmacy. I received a notification on January 13th that they were ready, along with a link to view the out-of-pocket cost and an option to receive a “discount card.” I chose the discount card option and was sent a text with the card information and a message to show the pharmacist when I picked up my prescriptions. I arrived at CVS and waited in line for nearly 20 minutes with my toddler. The line wasn’t crowded, but the staff was busy complaining about their jobs and gossiping about previous customers. They were so loud that they were sharing personal information about customers. Finally, I reached the register and informed the pharmacist that I had a discount card and insurance. He threw his pen down, rolled his eyes, and said that if I wanted to use

I see that CVS deleted my last review. Really doesn't surprise me. This is the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. The cashiers for the pharmacy are very rude. They will never tell you if there is a problem with their system not running your insurance properly. They will just run it under goodRX and end up charging you more. I took my business to Walgreens and there has never been a problem at all. I only wish that it was CVS that went bankrupt and Rite Aid stayed in business.

Horrible! Absolutely horrible! I've been in such excruciating pain for weeks and have been kept awake that night as the pain intensified, they had me waiting and waiting in my car in the middle of the night just waiting for them at the window and woke up, asked for the medication and they refused me out of spite and when l try to pull out l see THEY CALLED THE POLICE ON ME AND TOLD THEM I WAS UNDER THE INFLUENCE! I went to the police and told them how l had been exhausted and haven't been able to sleep from the excruciating pain, they saw l was CLEARLY sober and l asked them if they could vouch for me at the pharmacy and help me get my medication because l really need the antibiotics and relief from the pain and STILL the pharmacy refused. WHAT GARBAGE PEOPLE TO FORCE PATIENTS SUFFERING I

Even with being told to fill a prescription as sent by a doctor they still fill a prescription that causes health issues and they were told before it causes health issues. The one that answers the phone is usually quite rude but the ones that are working the late shifts are very nice.

Quick pickup after script was written. Nice people. Good selection. Late hours for Rx pickup were perfect.
