CVS Pharmacy

I’ve been going to this pharmacy for over 10 years now, and even after moving farther out of town, I still make the trip to pick up my prescriptions because the pharmacist is so kind and helpful. She remembers me and my family, and even asked about my dad, who used to pick up my prescriptions for me 🙂 She also always reminds me about coupons or special offers I’m eligible for, which I really appreciate. The staff here are always polite and move at a speedy pace, so I’m rarely stuck waiting in line. If there is a wait, it’s usually because a customer has a lot of questions or have more complex refills, not because of the pharmacy or staff. Because a previous reviewer said they don't call back, I want to add that I've always gotten a call back when I leave messages, and every single time,

Awful. Pharmacist claims she gets overwhelmed and often makes mistakes when dealing with C2 controlled substances. Asked me to come back hours later to fill 7 tablets. Rude all the while and laughing with the tech who was also less than helpful. Do better and perhaps don’t be a PharmD if you can’t handle the work! You literally have one job, to fill pills.

Really hit or miss based on pharmacist you get. Some of them are very helpful and kind but there’s a couple that will lie to your face about not having your prescription in their system until you show them proof that yes in fact your doctor did sent the script to them three days ago, and that it is in fact on their system, instead of just telling you that your insurance doesn’t cover it and ask if you want to pay out of pocket like every other pharmacy ever.

I accidentally scheduled at the wrong CVS store, but she canceled that one and gave me the injections quickly, anyway.

I have been to this location countless times. Today, Nina, the pharmacy tech, was the person who assisted me, and I was quite disgusted by her tone and her rudeness. The way she speaks to people is so unprofessional and she acts like it is completely normal.
