CVS Pharmacy

Unprofessional, dishonest, slow, and antagonistic staff. Pharmacist vindictively refused to fill prescriptions (after I received a text that they were ready) because I finally wrote a complaint against them after years of inadequate service. She then proceeded to read my complaint out loud in the pharmacy in front of the tech and anyone in ear shot. Then got mad because I reminded her I was an attorney. Will be filing a complaint against Jennifer with the Board. Left without critical medicine.

Really terrible communication and customer service. First I was told my I needed to contact my doctor regarding my prescription, then I was told to contact my insurance company. Sitting on the phone with a pharmacist, insurance company and my doctors office seems like a lot to get a prescription transferred. All just a big waste of time. Stay clear of this pharmacy, they don't care about you and will always pass the buck.

Always knowledgeable about medications, fast and friendly I love to get my medicine from here. Pharmacist always goes above and beyond. Keep up the great work

We cannot speak highly enough of the pharmacists and techs at this CVS. They are thorough, thoughtful, and they remember our family from one visit to another. It feels like very personal care, and we love using them for our family’s pharmacy needs for that reason.
