Great service !!! I was greeted with a smile and I felt like the team members and pharmacist really cared about me; They keep me up to date with my vaccines. the kiosk greatly decrease wait time; change is good!
It’s pretty simple: if you get a prescription sent by a doctor that is sans birthdate, you call the patient’s phone number written on it and ask for the date or you call the doctor back and get the date. It’s not brain surgery. You don’t let the prescription languish for three days until the patient comes to pick it up, stands in line for 30 minutes, and is told it wasn’t filled. Common sense isn’t common anymore. These employees here (and everywhere) need to learn how to do their jobs AND leave their bad attitudes at the door. If they cannot do so, they don't need to be working in any type of customer service.
Loving the Staff here on Tara . Monica and other staff always kind and dont mind helping you . I appreciate CVS. Everyone ready to help you they will take there time to get the right help for you they will show you how you save when finances is limited
They are always late with filling prescriptions and don't contact you when it's ready. Fromt staff needs yrs8in customer service
