I have been visiting the pharmacy at 120 St. Johns Commons, Jacksonville, FL, for several years, and the service has remained exceptional every single time. Ms. Patty is truly outstanding. Her kindness, professionalism, and sincere dedication to helping customers always stand out and make every visit a positive and reassuring experience. Picking up your prescription is a joke. Team members do not value your time. Only one team member at the pickup counter. People having consultations at the pickup counter. Expect a long wait.

CVS Extra care card is a great way to get some of your day to day items at a really reasonable price. The 40% coupons help you with trying a new thing without taking too much of financial risks.

My absolutely favorite pharmacy and one stop shop…Patricia the beauty consultant and Desiree are both just so lovely. They provide me with exceptional service and create a welcoming environment. The people in the pharmacy have always been pleasant and seem to genuinely care about my health. Never going to another pharmacy!

My husband and I have been using this pharmacy for the last 3 years. At first, I was concerned because the reviews were not always great. However, personally, we have only had positive experiences working with this staff. Every time we have an issue with insurance, medications, or other questions they are very helpful and have gone the extra mile to help sort through the challenges that come with our ever changing pharmacy coverage. I understand it can be frustrating not getting medication, things being out of stock, and other challenges with some of our vital healthcare, but at the end of they day this staff has been a wonderful support. Remember to give grace and thank someone for their help, just because it’s their job doesn’t mean they should not be appreciated for their efforts.
