CVS Pharmacy

I had a really unpleasant experience at the main checkout (not the pharmacy). I asked the cashier to scan a few items from the Christmas sale, and she was immediately huffing and clearly annoyed that I asked her to scan more than one item. When I tried to explain, she had a bad attitude and made me feel like I was being a problem for simply asking her to do her job. Customer service was poor and unprofessional. If someone doesn’t want to help customers, they really shouldn’t be working in a customer-facing role. Very disappointing experience.

Stop them to pick up a prescription at the pharmacy on 3rd Street unfortunately they were in the process of learning a new payment system unfortunately not a single soul in the store actually knew how it functioned it took longer to get the prescription then the doctor's appointment actually took

I have very nice employees and they tried to get my medication filled as quickly as possible

Pharmacy staff (technicians and Pharmacist) are all so kind and helpful.

My prescription increased in cost 1000% (from $100.00 to $1132.36) from the last time I had it refilled. The clerk at the pharmacy refused to take my new insurance stating the new insurance would cost even more. I asked to speak to the store Manager. Two days later I'm still waiting!!! This is not the first time I've had issues with this store. Customer service is absolutely terrible!!! Management doesn't care.
