CVS Pharmacy

Despite being insured, they marked my prescription as uninsured, charged me full price ($100+ more than expected), and did not listen to me when I said I was insured (Through CVS Caremark mind you!) Now, nearly 2 months later, I am still jumping through hoops to try and get reimbursed. Very nice people working here but the level of inconvenience I've had to go through due to this incompetence has been absolutely ridiculous. Edit: Since CVS responded, I had tried. I called your team 4+ times and they were absolutely useless. No, I'm not wasting any more of my time.

Rude, unprofessional, employees. Then I read all the reviews and realized this is a problem target corporate supports. This is a small town to have so many bad reviews. It’s obvious Target supports treating people this way or the problem would be resolved. Is this even a real pharmacy?

I finally transferred my Rx's to another pharmacy after years of constant employer turnover and difficulty getting prescriptions filled. Many of the staff have been very helpful, and I don't think it takes away from their efforts to note that the rest don't seem to enjoy working there very much.

The pharmacist is frequently late, causing customers to waste time traveling to the store in the morning only to leave empty-handed. If the pharmacist cannot arrive on time, why not adjust the list opening hours as 10 AM, 11 AM, or even noon?

It is not necessarily the people, most of them are lovely - It is the store policies, lack of in-stocks and so much more. Read on........ Don't make the only option to leave a voicemail at the pharmacy. Not answering the phone is completely asinine! We live in New York State where you cannot fill some prescriptions without talking to a human being. You can't do it automated, with an app or online. I have left multiple messages and have not been called back (Which I shouldn't have to do in the first place). Now I will have to go to the store, wait in line for likely 20 minutes, wait perhaps 40 minutes or more to get a fill, why? Because your store can't answer the phone.
