CVS Pharmacy

At the pickup desk to be pick up the prescription. I was told by a technician waiting for updated label as this year I have new insurance. I was waiting for more than 20 minutes, still no calling of my name over the speaker (was told in 5-10 minutes), until I had to come back to check with a pharmacist (thought she's only authorized to update insurance info and print new label). She's kind enough to ask the 2nd technician to help ring my prescription. The technician was not impatient with gesture of attitude. I tried to explained to her the new insurance and new label situation. She acted like she didn't follow what I was saying, then I said to her that I'm picking antibiotics for my ear pain, she said "no, they're drops". So I shut up again.
