I am a new customer to CVS, I have visited the pharmacy drive-thru 3 or 4 times now ( I get a weekly RX ) and I am so happy I chose to switch! Changing pharmacies is not an easy decision and my anxiety level was up all day, the day I decided to switch. But, thanks to all the pharmacy folk and especially BRINLEE, at the Teays Valley WV store. She greeted me at the drive thru window with a beautiful smile, a warm voice, a mature and very professional attitude from “hello” to “have a good evening”. She requested my ID, as I signed for my RX she swiftly got my prescription ( I didn’t even notice that she left the window ) and had me on my way in under 5 minutes! BRINLEE definitely paid attention during orientation/training, I could tell she truly enjoys her position at CVS.
