The pharmacy manager (Alicia i think) was very helpful in finding a medication for me. She went out of her way to find what I was looking for. I went to multiple pharmacies with no help before finding it here. Im willing to drive an xtra 15 min to this location from now on.
After I’ve gotten a 3 day supply multiple times in the past for Lexapro I was told by the pharmacist that cvs does not give a 3 day supply and my order was not completed…. I’m not sure if it’s a race issue but it did feel discriminatory. This has never occurred at any other CVS location. I’m very disappointed in the lack of care and overall poor service. The pharmacist seemed to not be able to pronounce the medication either which is very worrisome …
Physician here. I'm very used to calling medications into pharmacies. I'm not exaggerating when I say that the pharmacy intern, Tina, was rude. As was the supervising pharmacist.
The person who help me at the pharmacY named Ximena,was more than EXCELLENT!
So dark sounds like close till you not enter inside sounds like everyone is tired in pharmacy staff too much work
