CVS Pharmacy

Never had a problem with them before. They gave me the first shot of vaccine series a few months ago. I was not told it was a two shot series. They informed me the last time I was there that I still needed a second one. I returned today for it and they refused to give it to me because I had birthday two weeks ago and now I'm "too old". So I now have an incomplete vaccine series that they started but refuse to finish. Edit: As you can see from the response, they asked me to email them. I did so and they told me they recommend I talk to the pharmacist, which is who I talked to in the first place. I don't really understand why they would ask me to contact them only to give me the run around.

I've always had good experience with CVS pharmacies. Their employees are very helpful, friendly and kind. It's very easy and QUICK to order a refill for a prescription using their automated phone service. Further, their drive-thru service is very fast.

Drive up is a bit slow but still convenient.

C v s drive through horrible wait time takes forever! Drive through should be fast. Send the people inside if there's a problem

It’s a CVS Pharmacy. The pharmacists really do their best to get you everything you need with speed and courtesy. No complaints.
