CVS Pharmacy

I had an after hours Dr. visit and needed a prescription filled. I looked up there hours to make sure they were open and it said open until 9. Left Dr. office and went straight there and got to the pharmacy right at 7 and they were closing. So I had to wait until next day to get antibiotics. If I would have know they closed at 7 I would have used a different pharmacy for this order. Please fix your hours online to match.

My local store in Seminole shut down and my prescriptions were moved to the Hobbs NM store. I was apprehensive because Beatrice had been taking care of me for almost 3 years. I was greeted by Mari and she went through the process of retrieving my prescriptions. One involved a manufacturer coupon that required price revising by the pharmacist. Steven took care of the coupon re-priceing and assured me he would treat me as well as Beatrice. Another thing was the workers in the store stocking. In EVERY instance where I was seen by the worker they ALL smiled and asked me how I was doing. The big Blue Store claims they have a10-foot rule about associates bring within 10 feet of a customer to smile and ask how they are doing. Easy drive thru. Convenient and fast. Just need to update the app information since it says Pharmacy open until 9:00 PM but front door says 7:00 PM. Everything else is good

This store is constantly out of my insulin. You would think a life-saving medication that is on a schedule would easily be in stock from...a pharmacy! Within the past year 3 times my insulin has been delayed by 3-5 days because they apparently do not know how to maintain a proper inventory. NOW when you try to call and actually speak with someone you have to leave a voicemail and they will call you back within 2-4 hours if you are lucky.

Fast light lightening! The entire team works in unison to get peoples meds out! I love this pharmacy
