CVS Pharmacy

I just submitted a review to CVS Through a follow up email from them. Briefly, one of the pharmacist, Laurel, contacted me and let me know my husband and I were not completely caught up on all of our vaccinations. She did a most thorough and wonderful job and tracking down my husband to set appointments for us. When she called, IThrough a follow up email from them. She did a most thorough and wonderful job and tracking down my husband to set appointments for us. When she called, I was not able to do so. Laurel was professional and caring from beginning to end. A couple of days later, she recognized us in the store and said hello! Thank you, Laur

If I am at the front registered the ladies or gentleman that are there are always anxious to help us. If I'm at the pharmaceutical area I can't say enough about how polite they are and how nice they are.

The store is always clean and well supplied. The staff are above and beyond helpful and patient. I rarely wait in line to check out anything other than the Pharmacy items. The Pharmacy lines are longer but move quickly. They are rarely ever out of my medications.

Terrible customer service. Always long waits. Even when they text you that your prescription is ready. You get there and it isn’t ready and you still have to wait. You practically have to check yourself out now.

We tried to fill my toddler's prescription here. The pharmacist wanted to give us an expensive drug instead of the cheaper alternative that our doctor put in for. Similar to another reviewer, the pharmacist lied about receiving the cheaper prescription from the doctor. The doctor called the pharmacist directly, and he watched it ring and said he'd let it go to voicemail. Why???
