Poor customer service. The pharmacy cashier was apparently frustrated due to the overwhelming duty of managing the drive-thru and the in store cash register. She refused to help this senior citizen.
The staff at the East harwich CVS is always willing to help. I have never felt rushed while asking a question. I have access to 2 other local cvs stores but I prefer the East harwich location. The pharmacist is very knowledgeable and takes his time to explain as well as the staff that works in the pharmacy area.
Alex, the pharmacist is a super star! Efficient, knowledgable, and beyond responsive. Best pharmacist ever! Harwich Rte 148 best CavS pharmacy on the planet
