CVS Pharmacy

The Blue Hills ave location is awful. The drive up window is always closed. No matter the day, time of day or week the Drive up Window is always closed. The same hand written "" highschool"" unprofessional sign is posted each day. This is very difficult for elderly or people with mobility issues. Once inside, the line is always too long and customer service does NOT EXIST!! EVERY REPRESENTATIVE ACTS AS IF THE CUSTOMER IS A BOTHER TO THEM. The manager always gives a poor excuse for every complaint. Absolutely ridiculous. Better service training is needed. YOU TUBE HAS CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINNING VIDEOS the entire staff could benefit from. One poor experience I had, my credit card was attached to a Caremark card without my consent. She told me to sign for my prescription when really I signed

Great customer service , always clean . Staff are very helpful the store is always organized ( easy to find what u need due to the cleanliness of the store) . Pharmacy area the Pharmacist always assist when you have any questions or any concerns about your medication. Pharmacist always available for a medication consultations . Proscriptions alway filled in a Timely manner .

I love the friendly staff at my CVS store, I only visit this location , why? Because of the wonderful staff, I love the way they greet me when I walk thru the door and they know me by name and my favorite thing is they always ask me do I have my CVS card and they care and know how important it is to me when I save money,I always leave very satisfied.

Sometimes when I pick up my prescriptions or to shop there. The cashier's be nice and generous.

CVS at some of their stores are open 24 hours and when you use your CVS extra care card and receive extrabucks you can also check your coupons by scanning your extra care card for coupons every time you shop at CVS. Sometimes you either get a coupon in the mail or a email to send to savings with your extra care card by e-mail.
